3. Accounts and Access
Certain features of our Services may require you to create an account or authenticate through third-party platforms. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.
4. Third-Party Platform Integration
Our Services may connect to third-party platforms such as Meta (Instagram, Facebook), TikTok, YouTube, and X (Twitter). Your use of those platforms is governed by their respective terms of service. We are not responsible for the availability, policies, or actions of third-party platforms. You authorize us to interact with those platforms on your behalf when you connect your accounts.

You agree not to use our Services to violate any applicable law or regulation, infringe on the intellectual property rights of others, distribute harmful, abusive, or misleading content, attempt to gain unauthorized access to any system or network, or interfere with the proper functioning of the Services.

AI-generated content is provided as-is and you are responsible for reviewing, approving, and taking ownership of any content before it is published or distributed. Madison Ave does not guarantee the accuracy, originality, or suitability of AI-generated content.

12. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Racine County, Wisconsin.
